If your physical KAST card is not working or is being declined, it might not be activated yet.
To activate your physical card, follow these steps:
- Open the KAST app.
- Tap on the card icon near the top right of the screen.
- Select the card associated with your physical card.
- Click on ‘More’.
- Select ‘Activate Physical Card’ and follow the remaining prompts.
