If you’re not receiving one-time passcodes (OTP) for 3D Secure (3DS) transactions, it might be due to your phone’s notification settings. All KAST accounts have 3DS enabled, and OTPs are sent directly to the app.
To enable notifications:
For Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps & notifications.
- Select KAST from the list of apps.
- Tap Notifications.
- Ensure that notifications are enabled.
For iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Scroll down and select KAST.
- Toggle Allow Notifications to on.
- Make sure the alert style is set to Banners or Alerts.
Additionally, we recommend updating to the latest version of the KAST app to avoid any potential issues.
