We verify your identity with valid government issued photo ID and live picture. Most of the time, few minutes. When successfully verified, we’ll automatically resume your transfer, and we'll let you know by email.
Note: The accepted government identification document will vary from country to country. When and how we verify you depends on if you use regulated services.
You need to have the following:
- Valid ID
- Yourself camera ready to capture a picture of yourself holding your valid ID
- Documentation with your address on it
- A phone number and e-mail address
A valid ID can typically be:
- Passport (photo page only)
- National ID card (with photo)
- Driving license (with photo)
