General Terms and Conditions

1. If you spend $1k USD within the first three months post activation (or in the first three months of your renewal) you will not be charged $18
2. Any card that has been activated without a subsequent deposit within 2 weeks will have the card canceled, the card can be re-added at any time
3. Any account holder that exceeds their allocated cards may have their account suspended, please contact concierge if this occurs
4. Minimum balance to transact is $5 USD
